All orders paid cannot be cancelled or transferred and no refund once part/full payment has been made. However, on a case to case basis, we will review such case and issue a voucher code, in lieu of refund. After a delivery is made, and there is any question pertaining to the quality of the flowers, customer should contact us immediately and raise the matter for discussion.  All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refund, claim or replacement issues will be entertained after this time frame. No refund, claim or replacement is to be made due to improper care, on the part of the recipient.
